I met Albertina by phone and fell in love with her voice. After I arrived in Mishawaka I fell in love with a warm, knowing face. Texas Fire and I had a marvelous time at The Midway and look forward to returning in April. I hail from San Antonio, Texas, a major metropolitan area with many diverse and cultural opportunities. Moving to South Bend/Notre Dame was a difficult thing to do. But, the Midway Tavern offers a way to feel like a real person again, complete with some awesome music and drink. Thanks Albertina!

The Midway is about a 250 mile drive each way from the Quad Cities but WORTH IT! I have been there 4 times and will be back for Little Charlie. Nice people there and Albertina is THE BEST! I love you Hon and see you soon!
